Refund Policy

  1. Full money-back guaranteee. Tjikko Roots provides full money-back guarantee on all products listed and purchased on our website at www.tjikkoroots.com
  2. Submission form. Application for product return should be submitted via the Contact Us form on the webpage https://tjikkoroots.com/pages/contact-us. Please state your case clearly, including the reason for return of product and claiming refund.
  3. Time limit. Application for return should be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date.
  4. Item condition. To be eligible for full refund, purchased item should be unused, in the same condition as received and in the original sealed and unopened container/package.
  5. Proof or purchase. A proof of purchase (receipt, order identification number, etc.) will be required to process the refund.
  6. Return address. The item should be returned by the customer to the address of a Warehousing Facility, which will be provided to the customer upon acceptance of his/her return request.
  7. Mailing expense. Cost of shipping the item to customer is not subject to refund. The customer will bear the full cost of shipping the product to our Warehousing Facility.
  8. Return timeframe. Our Warehousing Facility should receive the returned item within 30 days after our acceptance of return.
  9. Refund timeframe. Full refund will be issued to the customer using original purchase method (Credit Card or PayPal account, or else) within 30 days after receiving and inspecting the item in our Warehouse Facility.
